Chocolate and Orange Buckwheat Granola

Want to make your own healthy granola? Great. You’re in the right place. No refined sugar, no weird additives, just a few ingredients from your cupboard. I got you. This recipe is so easy, a 5 year-old  could make it. It’s a one bowl, one tray, 30-min total kind of job. So today I will show you how to make chocolate and orange buckwheat granola!
For a long time I’ve been watching all these pretty granola plates and bowls on Instagram and always thought: ‘Wow, so wholesome and delicious! I should make this.’ But only got to it late in my home chef life. But the day came and after reading a few recipes online, I knew what I wanted in mine. And what I didn’t want!
 – lots of buckwheat
– no wheat
 – no gluten
 – not a lot of sweetness
– my favourite flavours combined: coconut & chocolate
– and a hint of orange
And that’s exactly what I put in it!
You will love this recipe because:
– it’s easy to make
– it’s high in protein
– it’s pretty much foolproof unless you forget it in the oven
– you can personalise it, as long as you keep the base (buckwheat & oats) + enough coconut oil and maple syrup
– it’s super crunchy and toasty!
